You may not require a full time, salaried role to keep on top of your customer data, details of non-conformances, corrective actions, and process data. But you still will want your system to continuously improve and add value. We can be your Quality Manager and keep on top of the day to day Quality Management needs, remotely!
o We will review your processes and procedures to ensure they’re still appropriate and efficient
o We will work alongside your management team to understand any risks and opportunities that should be considered and addressed by your QMS..
o We will create your audit programme, using your existing quality data and management feedback to define the sequence and frequency of audits
o We will plan and conduct audits in line with the schedule, working with your management team to demonstrate compliance and identify risks and issues proactively.
o We will write and submit the audit report within 5 working days.
o We will help you prepare for any upcoming client Supplier Quality Audits or CAR audits, ensuring the right people are in the room and the right evidence is ready up front
o We will help you to manage any findings through to closure
o We will refine your NCR & QMP register to ensure contractual requirements are fully met
o We will help you write corrective action plans and improvement action plans – in plain English
o We will check any completed NCRs are fully completed per the plan.
o We will facilitate and document your Management Review, gathering all relevant documentation and producing the evidence as required by ISO 9001:2015.
